Meat mincer SW100H / SW98H

The movable floor model mincer is the powerful machine for producing fresh minced meat. Standard equipped with 2 castors and 2 bump rubber and equipped with a 45 liter bowl. 
The feeding funnel is 95 x 95 mm. The SW can be also ordered in a higher version which is the SW100/98H. With this outlet height, the H-Version is suitable for mincing directly into a bowl trolley. 
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a 64 liter bowl.

Unger cutting system size B98

Especially suitable for production of sausages. Variable applicable because of the single and double cutting set.
The 3-piece cutting set is being used for the coarse grinding, processing of bacon and for the production of e. g. raw sausages and frozen products. 
For a fine grinding in one mincing process, the 5-piece cutting set is needed. It is very suitable for the production of cooked sausage. Also the separating device, which separates the meat from gristles and sinews, can be used with this cutting set.

 

Enterprise cutting system size E32

Especially suitable for the production of meat, with ingredients like spices or liquids, or pure.
Because of the second mincing process, which is typically for the cutting system Enterprise, a optimal equalizer of fat/meat part as well as the different types of meat (mixed minced meat) occurs.
The final product has very homogenous cutting result with a minimal rise in temperature.
